5/14/2008  Buffalo Wild Wings - Jamacian Jerk Wings These were pretty good buffalo wings. You can taste the allspice and cinnamon. It went easy on the Scotch Bonnets and while it wasn't throat seizing hot it let the flavors through. This was our favorite on this outing. The flavor was really smooth and not overpowering. They brought the heat of course, but these were all about the flavor. The color wasn't a deep red, pretty brown. Not that I am holding it against them. I think I have 11 of these flavors to go. I need to do these in the restaurant instead of take out.
