5/4/2008  Blah wing from Pizza Hut Wow. Just a quickie. Ordered some buffalo wings from Pizza Hut's Wing Street. Got the Buffalo Burnin' Hot. OK it was an insult when Pizza Hut started letting the kitchen hose over the customers by sending out the tiniest chunks. One of this batch was pure breading. On top of that, the blazin' part was weak. New recipe? Great. I guess I wait a few weeks and blow some more cash and see if they are truly sucking. Here is the part I don't get. You blow MILLIONS on this Wing Street initiative. You spend the money to basically set your company up to rule this food sector. Then you allow your stores to blow it. Then you change your recipe to weaken your brand further. OK enough corp-speak. I've just never really understood why some places just toss away something like that to save a few pennies.
